Our palliative care services provide comprehensive physical, emotional, and spiritual support to those living with a life-limiting illness. Our compassionate team of caregivers are dedicated to helping residents and families make informed decisions about their health care plan.
We strive to maintain quality of life throughout the entire treatment experience. To do this, our team works closely with the resident’s primary care provider to ensure they have access to the latest resources and treatments available.
Personalised Palliative Care
We understand that palliative care can be a difficult and emotional journey for both the person receiving care and their loved ones. That’s why our team of nurses and carers ensure that in addition to providing medical support, they also provide much-needed social and emotional support. Our team are highly experienced in helping people cope with emotion during this difficult time, offering comfort and reassurance to both the resident and their family.
Care is tailored to each individual’s needs, enabling them to live as comfortably as possible while they undergo treatment or manage pain. Our staff will work with other health professionals such as GPs or specialists to create an individualised plan which meets all of the resident’s needs.
